I. General Information on Visiting the Bambiroxy E-Shop
a) Web Analytics
For statistical analysis of our web site we collect and analyse some information in permanently anonymous form (this information is further defined under the section “Collected Information”). This anonymized information is provided to our web-analytics provider. It is collected data that cannot be matched to a particular person and therefore also cannot be deleted on a one-by-one basis.
Collected Information
Whilst browsing the Bambiroxy E-Shop a built-in code collects and analyses following information, which is being provided by your internet browser:
- request (name of the requested data file, e.g. www.example.com/index.html)
- browser type and version (e.g. Internet Explorer 6.0)
- browser language (e.g. English)
- operating system of your device (e.g. Windows XP)
- inner browser window resolution
- JavaScript activation
- Java on/off
- cookies on/off
- colour saturation
- Referrer URL (last website visited)
- IP address – anonymized as soon as possible
- time of access
- clicks
- form data (in case of text fields such as user name and password, only the information whether the field was filled or not is retrieved)
b) IP Address
The IP address is transmitted every time a user enters a request to the server. This enables the server to send a reply to the request back to the client. Your IP address is allocated to you by your Internet Service Provider as soon as you connect to the internet. Your Internet Service Provider may be able to track the IP address back to the allocated user for a defined time frame. As long as the IP Address is stored it is theoretically possible to identify the owner of an IP Address. Therefore this information is not stored by us but by our web-analytics provider and is used solely to route the server request properly and in order to prevent possible cyber-attacks. The IP address may be used in liaison with other order-information to detect users who repeatedly place fake orders. The IP address assigned to an order for this purpose is not used nor processed for marketing nor any other purposes.
c) Cookies
When you use our website a number of so called cookies are used. Cookies are small text files stored on your computer and may be stored by your browser. Cookies cannot be matched to a specific person and do not contain personally identifiable information. In order for us to link cookies and other personal information it requires your previous explicit consent on www.bambiroxy.com
Accepting cookies is not necessary in order to be able to visit our website. However, in order to use the functionalities of the shopping cart and place orders, accepting technical cookies is necessary, as they are essential for the operation of the Bambiroxy website. Information gathered by using these cookies will be used exclusively to provide the technical backbone to process your order and will be deleted after you end your browser session.
The most frequent type of cookies we use are temporary cookies (so called session cookies) that are deleted as soon as you end your browser session. We also use long-term cookies (co called persistent cookies) that allow us to recognize users as anonymous visitors for statistical use. Cookies do not present any harm to your device nor contain any viruses.

- Technical/Functionality cookies. Used to allow specific functionalities of the Bambiroxy e-shop and optimize the display for the website for our customers (e.g. reduce load, log-in functionality, shopping cart, etc.; expire after: one session)
- Conversion cookies. Used to track conversion rates, expire after 7 or 30 days.
You can instruct your browser to delete or refuse cookies. If you choose not to allow cookies exclusively on the www.bambiroxy.com website you may refuse the usage of cookies on our site. However, you may not be able to use all the functionalities of the website.
II. How we Collect, Process and Use Personally Identifiable Information
a) Contact Information
The information systems used to process your personally identifiable information are operated by G-SERVIS, s.r.o., Na vyhliadke 11, 080 05 Presov, Slovakia.
b) Personally Identifiable Information
Personally identifiable information are considered all pieces of information about material and personal circumstances that can be used to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. Examples are name, address, phone number, email or other information entered when registering or creating a customer account on our website. Statistical data gathered when using our website, which is described in the previous section of this document, that may be directly or indirectly connected to a particular individual are not considered as personally identifiable information and are not affected by this section of the General Terms and Conditions.
c) Form Data
On the website www.bambiroxy.com you may use forms to send information to us that allows to use our services. If the information is not personally identifiable the information will be stored and statistically evaluated. If the information is classified as personally identifiable, we will only save evaluate the entry on whether the data was successfully sent or not.
d) Account Registration
You can register for a password protected account on our website. This gives you direct access to your personal data that is saved on our website and enables you to see your outstanding and completed orders, modify your personal information and change your newsletter subscription settings. By registering for an account you agree that the information stored in your user account will be collected and evaluated to allow us to provide the user account functionality. By registering for an account you also agree that we will record and evaluate your shopping behaviour on the website www.bambiroxy.com (e.g. products viewed and purchased) and show personalized content (e.g. individual discount vouchers, special offers, services, etc.). If you registered for an account you agree that your user actions on www.bambiroxy.com will be linked to your user account to allow us to show the described personalised content.
If you do not wish for your personally identifiable information to be processed in such a way, you may delete your account at any time on the “My Account” page on our website and continue making orders as a guest. We will only process your personal data for the purposes specified in this point for the duration of your customer account.
Please note that setting up a customer account is not a prerequisite for using the Bambiroxy online shop – you can also make purchases at Bambiroxy online shop as a guest.
e) Purpose of Use
If you provided us with personal information, it will only be used:
- for the proper provision of our services to our customers, to fulfil the purchase agreement concluded between us and you as a customer, before entering into this purchase agreement to answer your questions relating to the provision of our services and to the technical administration necessary for the proper provision of our services on www.bambiroxy.com, all on the legal basis of performance of the contract to which you are the person concerned,
- for marketing purposes, if you have created a user account on the www.bambiroxy.com page, based on the legal basis of your consent expressed by the creation of a customer account.
Your personal data may be provided to a third party if it is necessary for the fulfilment of the purchase contract or if you specifically agreed with such disclosure. In order to process your order and fulfil the purchase agreement we require your name, address (delivery/billing), email, phone number and your credit card information if you choose to pay online. Your email address servers as an identifier (to sign into your user account) as well as a means of communication. You will receive your order confirmation and delivery updates from the carrier to the given email address. We provide some information to our contractual service providers, such as logistic partners, carriers, banks, etc. They are obliged to only use the information for the goals of fulfilling the purchase agreement. We process your personally identifiable data only for the duration of the purpose for which we have obtained your personal information.
f) Email Newsletter
We will only send you advertising emails if you select “YES” in the newsletter box when you sign up.
If you do not wish to continue to receive newsletters, you can cancel them by selecting “NO” in your user account or by contacting our customer service.
g) Submitting comments
You can add comments to the products on our website. To submit a comment you are required to enter an email address that will be only used to send you a confirmation that your comment has been submitted and to send you a notification once we add a reply. The email address entered in the comment section is not being processed for any other purpose nor is it visible to other visitors of the website. All comments along with the email addresses are saved in our administration system and can be deleted on request. Once we delete a comment from our administration system it will also be deleted from the website along with the assigned email address.
We use a feedback function on our e-shop. Shortly after making a purchase customers may receive an email asking them to comment on the purchased product. For such comment submitted on our website you may receive a benefit or a discount on your next purchase. Submitting comments or any feedback is not compulsory. The email address required to submit a comment will only be used to alert the customer when a reply to a comment or question is submitted from the Bambiroxy e-shop.
h) Logfiles
Every time you visit the website www.bambiroxy.com your browsers provides us with access information which is being saved in protocol files, so called Server Logfiles. The stored data strings contain the following information: date and time of access, URL of the page, IP address, last visited URL (Referrer), amount of transferred data as well as the User Agent transferred by the browser (or browser type and version and operating system of your device).
IP addresses are stored in anonymized form only. The evaluation of the data strings in Logfiles in anonymized form is used to identify and correct errors as soon as possible. Processing this data also allows us to regulate the server capacity and improve our services.
III. Secure Data Transfer
Your personally identifiable data are transferred securely using encryption. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. Our website, as well as other systems for the processing of personal data, are equipped with appropriate technical and organizational measures against the loss, destruction, alteration and further dissemination of data through unauthorized persons.
Access to your user account is only possible after entering your chosen password. You should treat access information confidentially and log out of your account after you finish your actions, especially if the computer is used by more than one person. If you do not log out, the system will automatically log you out after 1 hour of inactivity. G-SERVIS, s.r.o. company does not assume responsibility for unauthorized use or other misuse of the password.
IV. Disagreement on the Use of Data and its Deletion
You have the right to withdraw your consent with processing of information with the effect in the future. You can delete your account at any time in the "My Account" section and unsubscribe from the newsletter by choosing the respective option in your account settings. Revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing performed on the basis of this consent prior to its revocation.
In addition, stored personal data will be erased if you choose to withdraw your consent, if the data processed for a specific purpose is no longer necessary or if the storage for any legitimate reason is inadmissible.
V. Right to be Informed and Other Rights of Concerned Persons
You have the right to be provided information regarding the processing of your stored data at no cost. Provided you comply with the requirements of generally binding legal regulations, you also have (i) the right to access your personal data, (ii) the right to correct incorrect personal data, (iii) the right to restrict (block) the processing of personal data, (iv) refuse to process your personal data processed for the purposes of direct marketing, (v) the right to delete personal data, especially if it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was acquired or otherwise processed, or if you have withdrawn its consent to processing, and if there is no other the legal basis for processing, or where personal data is processed unlawfully.
From the date the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data takes effect, thereby repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (i.e. from 25 May 2018), provided you fulfil the given conditions, you have the right to obtain your personal data that you have voluntarily provided in electronic form upon your consent in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and in this context you may request the right to transfer this information to another operator if such transmission is technically possible (right to data portability).

The services provided within the Bambiroxy online shop which are subject to the consent of the person concerned under these General Terms and Conditions are not directly intended for persons under the age of 16.
